We started as “The Radon Guy”.
Owner and founder John Ottwein has been in the radon mitigation business for over fifteen years.
Saint Louis born and raised, John started off his career in construction before moving into the real estate industry. John’s background in construction and real estate influence his approach to radon mitigation. He understands the complexities of the building or buying process — and how to effectively address the needs of home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and construction teams, too.
John began providing radon mitigation services in the greater Saint Louis area in 2008. In 2011, he made his move to Tennessee and began providing radon mitigation in Nashville and beyond.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and years of experience under his belt, John founded “The Radon Guy” in 2016. John had a vision for a better way to provide radon mitigation and crawlspace remediation in Nashville and started off as a small but mighty operation of one.
